On Wednesday 26 August, Aitken College will host its first Annual Giving Day, Flourish. The Flourish Giving Day has a specific aim of raising funds for the Outdoor Barrel Shade Structure over basketball courts behind the gym, a $1,600,000 project which we are eager to commence.
From 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 August, every dollar you donate will be doubled by our generous Giving Day partners. For example, each $100 donation will be doubled to become $200.
Donations by you, doubled by our partners, means we can reach our Flourish fundraising goal sooner. Donations of $5,000 or more (before matching) will be recognised on the Aitken College Donor Acknowledgement Wall in appreciation of your generous support.
The Outdoor Barrel Shade will provide a safe, all-weather undercover space where students can learn, play and connect throughout the year, particularly during – something students, parents and staff have been desperate for. Flourish supports the Aitken College Building Fund, enabling investments for facilities that enrich the student experience through learning, growth and connection.
